All my issues were handled in professional and friendly manner

I was Dr. Paez' patient a couple of years ago, but my insurance changed and I need to find another provider. After some time my insurance situation improved and I was able to return. What a relief! Other providers out there just weren't as thorough as Dr. Paez and Jordan. They always take the time to listen and offer various options.

I am very nervous about needles. This was quick, efficient, painless and done by professionals who clearly cared about me and how I felt, communicated well, love what they do and who they work with. I was the last patient of the day and they made me feel like I was their first. Truly, it was a weirdly pleasant experience!

He listen to what you need and any complaints you got. After he lets you know what he thinks you need and then you decided. I am very pleased with the whole clinic. I also went for a procedure and everybody want to help and listen to you need to said. You feel welcome and see how much they care. I will recommend the whole team.

Dr Paez is great. He has made my stimulator trial easy. He is friendly and made tho whole process painless. Thank you and your staff.

I was apprehensive about my visit with Dr. Paez because I had been coping with pain since I was released from the hospital, and didn't think I would ever get relief. Walking through their doors I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the office felt. The staff were all so friendly and professional, but not cold or distant like some staff. Very warm. Dr. Paez was the same way. He was direct when he spoke of a plan to manage my pain. He was very informative and no nonsense when discussing my situation all around. He answered all my questions and gave recommendations that will help me get through this trying time. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

I have several conditions that lead to major pain issues. there are several different treatments I receive monthly bimonthly, and annually to decrease the pain and inflammation. My medication levels are monitored and currently on the perfect medications for my overall health. Before going to Dr, Paez it was about the diagnoses, and this is what the book says you take this and do this x number of times. Nothing changes just one issue after another. Dr. Paez and team came up with real solutions for me and my everyday has been manageable and I feel like I do have a quality of life now. The office runs smoothly from the front to the back of the office you feel like your heard and most of all I feel like a person through my office visit and procedures. Thank you all

I have been a patient for over 5 years and I appreciate the honesty of Dr Paez when treating my conditions from Neck to Hip and everything in between. Carmen is wonderful as well. The assistant to the Dr. during procedures is awesome as well, sorry I do not remember her name.

I have a broken back (L4 & L5) as I result of a Feb-2017 head-on crash with a tourist. Bad enough to crunch my Yukon and make it into a Mini-Cooper. He has helped to lower SEVERE (level 8-9) CONTINUED pain down to a point where it is bearable, and refer me to a surgeon who might help with the rest. His manner is pretty good, and HE TELLS LIKE IT IS WITHOUT BEATING AROUND THE BUSH. I have recommended him to others who now are his patients. My primary care doctor recommended him, and I am glad he did.

Carmen and DrParz are the best! Jes the only one that's been able to releave my pain and lesson the swelling. I highly recommend him and his team.
