I would not recommend Dr. Lozano to family, friends or strangers. You can do better elsewhere. He did not diagnose my condition but simply took my word about the diagnoses of other doctors and psychologists I'd seen. Has no personality, all he is simply a prescription guy. I told him what I was taking and he wrote a prescription. He never asked how the medications were working. How I was feeling. If anything needed adjusting. Nothing. He is rude and does not like to be challenged.
