Dr. Julio Egusquiza, MD

To all my floridians, this doctor doesn't care about your kids. He is the rudest person alive and on top of that a layer. I've been his client for years and he has been seeing my kids forever. After a week of calling his office to make an appointment and get a prescription for my kid's ABA therapy (which he had given me in the past multiple times) he gave me an appointment and agreed to write the prescription. I called his office after days of waiting and his staff told that it had all been a lie and that they would not do it. I asked if there were any options available to me as a way to ensure that my kid wouldn't have hers ABA therapy suspended and they simply said "It doesn't matter what you do, we won't be giving you any prescriptions or referrals" His staff were super rude. They treated me awfully and did nothing to help me. They even went as far as to use explicit language whem talking to me on the phone. The doctor also never wants to answer any medical questions about my kids. He's always in a rush and wants to get rid of you as fast as possible. He's always yawning and doesn't even look at my kids when I take them to any appointment as if he doesn't care all about them and just wants to get paid and get the next patient in. changed my kids to a different pediatrician after years of mistreatment from this doctor. If you want a doctor who has empathy and will look at your kids like human beens and not just a check I woud stay far away from him. A vet treats animals better than this doctor will treat your kids.

Dr. Julio Egusquiza is a great pediatrician but will lose patients based on just his staff Alone. I have been taking my son to his practice for over 11 years and now I have decided to part ways with him due to his staff. Not only do I now wait over two hours to see him, they will never help over the phone. everything has to include a visit to see the doctor. Why is this medical stuff in a healthcare setting to help people when they are not helpful at all.

I've been with dr Julio for yrs & honestly he's been an amazing doctor but this will be our last visit! His staff is so unprofessional! I needed 3 refers in which I had already requested via phone & the receptionist told ME THAT I NEEDED TO BE READY AND THAT SHE HAD TO DO OTHER REFFEREALS SO THAT I SHOULD COME BACK!! these are scripts that my daughter gets every 6 months but she didn't want to look in her fileI had been waiting for 3hrs unacceptable! she was so unpleasant!!
