Straightforward, easy going
While it took 40 mins past my appt time before I saw the Dr despite the waiting room being empty, the Dr was pleasant and very open to discussing my diagnostic test results. It's interesting how other patient reviews diametrically differ from my experience.

Needles office visit.
After taking an at home sleep study, they refused to give me the results over the phone. I was told I had to come in and see the doctor to get the results. Earliest appointment was 6 weeks wait. At the appointment, I saw the PA who told me the study was normal. Wasted my time. Only reason they made me come in was to bill Medicare and Blue Cross. Shameful!!!!

Great doctor, very thorough!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Conrado for over 20 years as my primary doctor. Most of the staff are great, every once in awhile you get someone who you just don’t click with. The Doctor has always been helpful, doesn’t order any unnecessary tests and listens. They all stare into the computer because he is looking and comparing blood work. Never had any issues.

I used to love Dr Conrado. Personal, interested, cared, good, took the time to give you good treatment, jovial, bright happy man. When he wasn't available I often saw his PA, Caroline, who helped me IMMENSELY to get my asthma and pulmonary hypertension under control and helped me learn how to cope with it!! He's recently changed over to Millenium Group and I'm looking for a new dr. He's dropped my diagnoses down to just asthma?!? Him and his two helpers come in and stare at their computers. I had to tell him we needed to treat the infection my bloodwork showed I had. He's now disengaged, non caring, not person centered or interested in the patient, & very computer centered. I have Pulmonary Hypertension, told him in his office that it had been causing me issues with my breathing for a couple months now and my legs just ballooned up the day prior...he didn't even look at me or acknowledge I'd even spoken. I need a doctor who cares and has my health as priority over his computer.

I went to Dr C in 2007 and now again 2019. Lung issues. His recommendations have not changed and he is very easy to speak with. I trust him. Straight shooter!

This is one of the WORST offices I have ever dealt with. This is actually the sleep specialist office I am going to. The staff is totally inept - failing with patient service, prescription follow through, and one CRS is totally rude. I now give up. I will need to look for a new sleep doctor in a new city, as this office and this doctor cannot get their act together! (Had to ask doctor about one of the results of my sleep study as he did not see that the REM sleep was ZERO)

Spent 1 hr. in the waiting room and 15 more minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor. He spent less than 15 minutes with me and told me nothing my primary care doctor hasn't already tried.

Showed up early for my appointment only to be told, 4 mins. Before my appointment that the Dr was not there. I took the day off as well as my wife for this appt. What would happen if I cancelled just before my scheduled appt???? I give a negative 5 stars in this category. Unacceptable!

I had an appointment this week, again only see the nurse practioner, never the doctor. The staff is not the least bit friendly. The MA never introduced herself and did not have a name tag on. She was abrupt, serious, and distant in the manner she asked questions. The receptionist was only slightly better. I had not been there in over a year but I was not asked to sign new paperwork or given the Notice of Privacy Practice. I could see patients names on the computer monitor in the exam room.

Dr. Conrado actually saved my life when I was in the hospital. His persistence in having my test results reviewed by himself and another radiologist resulted in a correct diagnosis. He even wrote in my records that I had been mis-diagnoised by another physician. I respect that he is busy and when I do go into the office. I often see a nurse practitioner ( which is ok) because when I was very ill he saved my life by his due-diligence. He came to the hospital everyday! Thank you Dr. Conrado

Dr. Conrado was my physician for many years until I returned to MA from Cape Coral. Had I complied with his recommendation for a sleep study, I would have been spared a stroke. I did have the sleep study and was diagnosed with very bad sleep apnea. Now have the little machine and am doing fine. Just wish he had telemedicine...THANKS DR C.

This must be the least caring doctor in the area. If you need to address your issue within several months don't come here, you won't be able to see Dr Conrado in at least 6 months.

I have never seen the doctor since he's only there once a week and all of the consultations are done by his nurse practitioner (who is not knowledgeable). Since the doctor is never there no one cares about being polite and act professionally. Don't come here.

I have been trying to get an appointment with this doctor for 6 months. Once I saw his nurse practitioner who wasn't very professional and just typed in my medical info into her computer without addressing my issue. Then I was supposed to go through a $1,000 sleep study before seeing the doctor. My appointments were numerous it rescheduled and I was told I would not be able to see the doctor before I went through sleep study. Also the staff is very rude. Always with no exceptions.

I only went here once, but I will find another provider. I did not see Dr. Conrado, the person I saw was pleasant and knowledgeable. The office staff left much to be desired. When I expressed my concern, I was told, oh well. I hope they are not so casual about every patient's treatment. Total waste of time and effort even going there.

I have used his clinic to justify my sleep apnea to Medicare. It appears to me that he uses his nurse practitioner to do all the work. I have never seen him. That would all be fine if they could maintain some discipline in their appointment times. I don't find it acceptable to wait half an hour behind the appointment time.
