She is a professional, kind, and wonderful neurologist and human being! She has helped me very much and always tries to find solutions! I am so grateful to be in her care for my migraines.

Such an amazing doctor
Dr. Preston is one of my favorite doctors. She’s an amazing listener and will parter with you to determine your best course of treatment. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about migraines and the different treatments options that are available. She’s also extremely empathetic and takes time to explain things well. I trust her completely and feel lucky to have her on my care treat.

Disorganized, no accountability
Preston sent out an email at 5:30 pm the night before my 8 am appointment. It had a questionnaire. I didn't see the email because I wasn't checking email after 5 pm, and she refused to see me because I hadn't seen the email. I had waited 5 months for this appointment, arrived 25 minutes early, and completed the questionnaire once they told me about it with time to spare before my appointment time. I had plenty of patient history she could have looked at, too. She sent me away and the next available appointment is 6 months out. Her policy creates inequities, where only the patients well enough to be continuously monitoring their emails receive care from her.
