I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Nichols for many years, both in person and via Zoom. She treats my needs with respect and patience, and I wouldn't want anyone else. Dr. Nichols has given me her undivided attention during some very difficult times, and she helped me get through to the other side feeling confident that I am in good hands. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Nichols. The staff at her practice is excellent, polite, and professional. Didi is a treasure and always helpful.

Dr.Nichols is the most caring and professional Psychiatrist I have ever seen. I have been a patient of hers for over 7years. She is always there for me through good times and difficult times. She never rushes me and always takes her time in every session we have. Right now we are doing zoom due to Covid and I miss the office visits. The office staff is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. Didi has been there since I started as a patient and I don't know what I would do with out her. So if you need a Psychiatrist for any reason please call Dr. Nichols you will be very happy with your decision.

Was her patient over 8 years ago. Completely misdiagnosed me as bipolar and took the word of my ex husband and his family who was mentally abusing me for 5 years. Put me on very heavy anti psychotics and hospitalized me for no reason and when i gained over 60 pounds told me i should go to the gym in a very rude way later dismissed me from her practice after i left my ex husband. 8 years later I'm not even on a anti depressant and a size 3 happily remarried and healthy as can be. Stay very clear of this women she will not see or listen to you instead hand you a prescription and see you on your way.

She is the most caring and professional doctor. Appointments are not always on time, but this is a doctor's office, not a hair salon. She is really helping me.

She was terrible! Completely unprofessional, scatter brained, over an hour late without an apology and honestly seemed drunk. In a million years I would have never thought she was a doctor. Please save yourself your copay and your time, she was awful!

Dr Nichols is the most uncaring, unintelligent, arrogant doctor I have ever been to. All she cares about is writing a prescription and getting you out of the office. I spent too many years giving her my business and she is not worthy of it any longer.

The doctor came to get my husband from the waiting room, never introduced herself as the doctor so we thought it was maybe just a medical assistant. My husbands first name is one that can either be a male or female name, she then mocked his first name numerous times saying "that's a girls name, that can't be your name" As a psychiatrist she is a detriment to the profession and should not be allow face to face time with patients.
