Dr Zimmerman doesn’t care
I went to urgent care and dr Zimmerman displays the absolute worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. I went in with several severe issues. She told me it wasn’t serious and refused to prioritize my serious issues first. One of which was current heart pain. She focused on my rash and another minor issue. She had the audacity to say or and or that she can only handle two items this visit. When I expressed connection that she didn’t start with the most severe issues first. When I called her on her behavior, she chose to talk to me as if I was a child. I can not stress enough that she does not have the ability I show compassion, more ability to be a decent human. Steer clear.

I appreciated that Dr. Zimmerman listened to me and had an open mind as far as things that are important to me. She did not act rushed and genuinely cared.
