Our experience with Dr. Stern was amazing. We were young parents (30&29) and our daughter was diagnosed with a germ cell tumor at a year and a half. Isabel does not remember the care that she received from Dr. Julie and team but Deborah and I do. Dr. Julie provided the outstanding professional care that our daughter needed and that allowed us to focus on our daughter to make sure she was comfortable. We worked with Dr. Julie for 16 years until we moved onto the the adult follow up program at Penn. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Julie to any family needed quality care during their time of need.

Dr Stern is very unprofessional and is lacking in not only bedside manner but knowledge. She is so egotistical that she pawns her work off to support staff and then expects people to respect her. She needs to have a reality check and CHOP should send her on a permanent vacation. They are losing credibility by hiring these less than stellar physicians even if they make them practice in Kind of Prussia.
