I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. O'Connor tonight at the Milford ED. She gave me my results at what turned out to be the end of her shift, yet she took the time to discuss all of the results and follow-up with me very thoroughly, thoughtfully, and with the firm, yet kind delivery of advice.

She is not compassionate and has a terrible bed side manner! She didn't understand my medical condition either.

I had 2 sciatica episodes exactly 1 week apart that sent me to the Mddilesex E R. Each time I was treated by Dr. O'Connor. She asked me all the right questions to fully understand and diagnose my condition. I was most impressed by her professionalism and sincerity, which was marked by her eye to eye contact as she spoke. Dr. O,Connor's genuine concern for a patient's (my) physical and mental well-being reflects great credit upon herself and all whom she serves.
