Dr. Julie Noffsinger, MD

She is defiantly distracted and spends minimal time in the room with you. She really doesn't show much care or concern. Not very good bedside manner. Should not be a pediatrician!

She may be a good provider for normal routine checks but not for us. Noffsinger was the pediatrician on call at the hospital when our daughter was in the nursery at MCR. Our daughter was having a hard time breathing when she came out and was under her care. She discharged us from the hospital after we vocied our concerns about our daughter still struggling to breath. At our 2 day old check up we again voiced our concerns to noffsinger and she said she is fine. Until she examined our daughter. She left the room to get another doctor before saying our daughter needed to be seen and admitted us to a NICU at PVH. Our daughter ended up needing her lungs reinflated and oxygen. She never once apologized and we were silly to continue going to her after we left the NICU because she was saying I wasn't transferring enough milk and that it was our fault my daughter wasn't gaining weight. She never once tried helping us figure out what was wrong. We left and found the right people to help.
