Very sweet, knowledgable and up-to-date on all medical issues, listens and does not rush you, thorough. Prompt on appointment times and seeing her. She also responds to answers via email; you get any test results the day she sees them phoned to you and you can also see them/print them online (they are kept private; you get a special code for this), works with other doctors. Easy to get refills sent by fax, etc. She remembers everything about you/your medical history and sees you as a human
