Dr Jeffers doesn't know the difference between Anxiety Medicine and Heart Medicine along with an incompetent staff so your time and health are better somewhere else.OnPoint gets you in for the $$ then pushes you aside because they are the definition of our broken healthcare system with sad excuses for practitioners and providers.

Dr Jeffers has been my family’s doctor for almost 20 years. She is simply the best. Personable yet professional. Always empathetic and thorough. She consults with me, working together to find the best solution and isn’t afraid to think outside the box. I have several chronic illness, some have been potentially life threatening and I can honestly say I trust her with my life.

Been with Dr Julie Jeffers for 13 years. She is smart, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and just a fantastic doctor! Julie cares about her patients, spends time with me on my questions, follows up, keeps up on the latest research and information, and has a great network of trusted colleagues for referrals to specialists, that I trust in. Dr. Jeffers is so kind and compassionate! My appointments are never rushed, and she’s incredibly thorough and follows up well. She has a great bedside manner, and I appreciate her focus on healing the body naturally and getting to the root of the problem (not jumping to drugs to cover up the issue as so many doctors are quick to do these days). There can be a long wait time to get in to see her as a new patient, but she is so worth the wait!

Dr Jeffers treated me for pain in my hip. I had been to another Dr. In her group and was told I had a pulled muscle. When I continued to experience pain, I called for another appointment and was told there was no dr available. I explained my situation, I was told, by a very rude receptionist, to go to Urgent Care, which I did. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment with Dr Jeffers to review my X-rays from Urgent Care. It was because of Dr. Jeffers, that I was diagnosed with a broken hip.

Dr. Jeffers is a sensitive, knowledgeable and caring professional who clearly enjoys working in collaboration with her patients. She takes the time to engage patients beyond the presenting issue, getting to know them as people who are entrusting their healthcare to her. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers.

Dr Julie as I call her, as I have spent the last 12 years under her care is simply AMAZING. The best Doctor I have ever had and I have had a lot. She keeps me in line and listens with a caring attitude. She is so knowledgable and her bedside manner is hard to beat. I have some health issues and she is right there with me, working on my overall health and well being. Her light stern manner also makes me want to listen to her.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeffers for 5 years now and even though I work for a doctors office, I will never stop seeing Dr. Jeffers!! She is amazing. She takes the time to really listen to you. I tell everyone to go to her!!

Cannot get in to see Dr. Jeffers as a new patient until AUGUST 2017.... It is November 2016. Other options in the practice will not be available for new patients until the beginning of 2017. Seriously...? This is not Dr. Jeffers' fault but it seems like she should not be accepting new patients if the wait to see her is that long. It is misleading to the patient community when her practice mgt team has her listed as open to seeing new patients. Sadly, take Dr. Jeffers off of the list.

She has the perfect balance of a great bedside manor and efficiency. She listens well, is comforting, answers all my questions, even anticipates things I may not know to ask. I never feel rushed. She takes the time to know me as a patient so we talk about natural treatments as well as medication options. She runs 90% on time, her nurses are friendly and they have the My Health Connect online/app option which really helps me as the patient keep track of everything from my BP to my bloodwork.

Dr. Jeffers always takes time to listen and I never feel rushed. I trust her judgement and thoroughness.
