Willing to discuss options, open to suggestions, not rushed. She is reassuring. Her referrals are not always the best. Usually have to wait quite a while for an in-person appointment, but telehealth is available for emergencies and there are quite a few other doctors in the practice. She has been willing to accommodate family members in the past even though her practice is "closed" to new patients. She was great with my elderly mom who moved to live with us. I have been going to her for many years and your medical records seem to disappear every few years as they "go to a new system", so I would recommend keeping your own records.

I love the time that Dr. Hung takes when I go in for a visit. She is very caring and attentive. I am so used to other doctors coming in and being in a rush, that I have to remind myself that I can slow down and speaking calmly with her. I love her.

I've been sick twice in 6 months and couldn't get an appointment date earlier than 5 days from my initial call. The most recent time the scheduling desk sent me to voicemail at 9am and didn't return my call until 3pm. It was a Monday and she couldn't schedule me for anything until Friday.
