I've now sat and waited for over 45 minutes when I had an appointment for 9 AM. Horrible. They took me back at 9:20 just to have me sit in a cold room in just a gown. I feel sorry for an elderly person if they would have to wait like this. Why would a dermatologist schedule you just to make you wait? Not nice at all. I feel like getting up and leaving.

The absolute best! Dont waste your money and go elsewhere. At times been a wait but Dr Harper and her staff along with Becky and Katie never rush you answer all questions and concerns. Wouldn't see another dermatologist.

Two years ago I would have given this practice a 5 star review, and I still think Dr. Harper is one of the best, but the office staff and other practitioners are just not up to par. The staff forgot about me in the waiting room at my last appointment and never apologized. It's been over 2 weeks since this appt and I'm still waiting for them to call in the prescriptions that were recommended. I've left 3 voicemails with the triage nurse regarding the scripts with no return call yet.

Dr Harper is a very caring and very knowledgeable dermatologist. She explains things and takes her time . All the nurses & NPs are also great ! Wouldn't see any other group this one is by far best one I've been too!

Doctor is good medical provider. Nearly impossible to get prescription refilled timely. Much of staff is unreliable and careless. Doctor and office manager unresponsive to complaint about recurring staff incompetence and failure and unconcerned with trouble caused for patients.
