My dad waited over 2 hours for an appointment and after that they forgot about him. He hasn’t been a priority for surgery, they said he would keep getting bumped for other patients and finally said just go somewhere else. They said they called the other location and I would get a call and they never said anything them. When I called they said who? What does he need? The office staff is rude her assistant has a bad attitude and if you aren’t dying you don’t matter. They shouldn’t have wasted our time and said sorry we can only see the most urgent cases but her colleague sent us over who also is rude.

I wished I would have read reviews before surgery. It was the worst experience I have ever went through. She is excellent surgeon but bedside manner is horrible. Not caring, doesn’t answer questions, not very nice to family. No follow through. I had a complicated surgery. She visited me at midnight the day of surgery and then went out of town for a week. No calls, no emails. I was left in the care of her chief resident who had a worse bedside manner.
