Glad I found Dr. Foote
Front office staff kind and caring. Dr. Foote seemed to really care about my situation. Easy to talk to and I felt cared for, not rushed. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She developed a plan and I am looking forward to working with her to feel better.

Worst appt ever
Worst appt of my life! Cannot believe I waited three months to see her. She was flat out condescending and rude. She had zero empathy or bedside manner and she started out sentences with weird phrases like…well if I was queen of the world, Id recommend….and when I had questions about her recommendations she said….well smart people like nurses and doctors think….She gave no clear answers and when I said I wanted to get to the root cause she said….youll just have to get used to not knowing….and let out an evil chuckle to herself. I would not recommend wasting your time. She also made a comment that the word remission should never be spoken to a type 2 diabetic. In fact she said, the word remission is dangerous. Why wouldnt she want to speak that word? Why not give people hope that they can feel empowered by their health? Why is that dangerous? Probably because she just wants paying customers. She makes it clear she is above her patients.

TERRIBLE
Is there a way to have medical licenses revoked? Julie Foote’s should be!!! Absolutely nightmare of a doctor and nightmare of a clinic! It’s no wonder they all work together! The doctor and her staff are horrid!!! These are the places medical nightmares are made of!!! The best thing you can do is wait as long as it takes to SEE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! You have been WARNED
There needs to be a zero star option. Just as with SO MANY OTHERS, the office staff and Dr. Foote are terribly rude and blame their patients simply for wanting care!! After my initial appointment, when I read the after-visit-summary, Dr. Foote had recorded full on lies! I had to send in photo documentation proving thing after thing that she reported I “didn’t have” was fully false!! It’s no wonder the lab worker quit too!!

Nightmare experience
Dr. Foote during our last visit was very rude and disrespectful to my wife the patient and I . While she asked us how my wife is taking one of her medicines. I do manage giving my wife's medicine, because she is illiterate even in our own language. I was telling her how I have been giving and how often. The doctor was very inpatient and immediately said this is stupid through an experienced interpreter. We were very imburised and I had to walk out of the room to the waiting area avoiding confrontation with her. Few days later she sent a letter discharging my wife from her owned clinic and by doing that, she added more to the rudeness. My only demand is an apology by the doctor to my family for what she did.

Misdiagnosed with Hashimoto's
I have a couple of long-term endocrinological issues and have been seen by doctors in large cities in other states. I saw Dr. Foote about three times. Each visit was negative. Unless you want to be treated poorly, find a different doctor.

Professional and caring
My experience with Dr. Foote was very positive. She and her staff were punctual, polite and completely professional. She addressed my concerns and in fact, referred me to an orthopedic surgeon for an unrelated problem which has also been a positive experience. I am grateful for her guidance.

Poor.
Mechanical. Doesn't seem to be interested in the answers to her questions. I was told she waits two weeks to give results of lab tests. Even when they've been reported within 48 hours of being drawn. Not the kind of Dr I want.

My life depends on Julie Foote. I started taking thyroid at age 20. At age 73- I suddenly could not tolerate my thyroid, it made me violently ill. I went from doctor to doctor to find a medicine I could tolerate. During that time I was a basket case. My body was out of control, I acted weird and had multiple aches and pains. I even thought I was losing my mind but doctors said I wasn't. They thought it might be a change in the medicine binder. After 3 years of suffering and searching....Finally, I found a doctor that sent me to Dr. Foote. She mixed medicines together and even used alternate dosages on different days. She pulled me out of the hole I had been living in for a horrible 4 years. I don't even feel or act my age of 80.... Thank God for Dr.Julie Foote. ZKL

Saw Dr Foote after very long wait for appointment. Staff doesn’t answer phone and takes days to return messages, if ever. Doctor is condescending. By the time you get to an endocrinologist, you pretty much know your body! We had meticulous notes, yet treated like idiots. Tests were ordered but we were not offered a follow up visit or further instructions. It’s been almost a month and no phone call. Doctor and staff act like they are doing the patients a favor. Endocrinology is an expensive specialty and I will take my high deductible elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. "Scolded" me for being late at my first appointment. (I got lost) she kept me waiting for 30 minutes in the exam room on my 2nd appt. and when I mentioned it, she blew up! I never went back. Some doctors think they are Gods. She is one of them.

Dr Foote is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve had type 1 diabetes for many years. At my first visit, I asked her a simple question regarding my BG’s. Her response was, “you’ve been a diabetic long enough to know the answer!” At my second visit, she was still so rude. I told her as I got up to leave that I’ve never been to such a condescending doctor and that I’d never be back. If you want the best endocrinology office, go to Ennis Endo in Meridian. Dr Ennis is not taking new patients but his PA, Jamie Ruiz is. She is the absolute best!! She also gives me an uplifting comment regarding my BG control. It’s also easy to communicate with her office via email

Dr. Foote saved my life. She has been treating me for thyroid cancer for the past ten years. She is very thorough as well as smart in her treatment approaches. The nuclear medicine doctors that treated me said if their family members had thyroid cancer, they would send them to Dr. Foote, and no one else. I agree with them. I’ve read some of the negative reviews on this site. Even if you don’t like her bedside manner (which has been great with me), you are hiring her for her clinical skills and expertise. You are hiring her to treat your body, not your mind. You want her to fix your endocrine system. If you need a doctor to hold your hand, I recommend hiring one of the excellent counselors in this valley. I don’t want her focusing on my feelings, I want her focusing on my insides. She has been the only one able to keep my thyroid levels in check, and she’s always on top of it. I am now super healthy because of Dr. Foote. I love her!!!

I was referred to Dr. Foote after having several abnormal thyroid tests but no one being able to pinpoint a diagnosis. I am very aware of my body and I kept track of my symptoms for 6 months before I even made an appointment with my primary to discuss. After my primary did several blood tests she referred me to Dr. Foote because she was unsure how to treat me based on my blood work and symptoms. I met with Dr. Foote and was disgusted by the way I was treated! I didn't fit inside her treatment box with my labs/ symptoms so she basically told me I was crazy and needed to seek psychological help and meds. I left there feeling defeated and like maybe I was crazy and imagining all my symptoms. Fortunately I have an amazing chiropractor who also does holistic medicine and he put me on a medication regime that has done wonders for me! I would NEVER recommend this heartless medical provider to anyone ever!
