Knowledgeable and Helpful Care
Dr. Dickson understands the challenges faced by those suffering from long term psychiatric illness. She is supportive and helps with medication management and ongoing care focused on helping you to do well by thoroughly addressing your concerns during each appointment.

Insensitive office staff
I made an appointment months in advance. Spoke with the office on multiple occasions about the date and arrived with no appointment. When you’re in the practice of mental health and you are messing up appointments you are messing with people’s lives and the lives of those that depend on them. I will also be telling my insurance that I don’t feel that this office is doing it’s best to support their insured.

Dr. Dixon is absolutely amazing. After years of feeling like no one was listening, she was the one to slow the world down and make time for me. She listens to all my concerns and complaints without judgement. We worked together to formulate a care plan that has me feeling better than I have in 20 years. I have no idea how these negative reviews about patient care are even valid. She has saved my life and done things a dozen doctors haven't been able to do.

Dishonest about office fees. Spoke at length about medications I am on. Took away sleep med I have been taking for over twenty years because of possible drug interaction with drug I have been taking for thirteen years. Decreased dosage of drug my internist wanted increased. Suffer from chronic pain, I have not slept in a week and my pain level has become intolerable. Her treatment plan is detrimental to my health. Book learning is great, but one needs to have common sense too. Staff is so rude
