DO NOT RECOMMEND
I’ve been with Dr. Nichols for a few years. I have some serious issues for a young person. To my so appointment, she is not proactive, doesn’t give you much of her time, makes you feel rushed and/or uncomfortable asking too many questions during visits and is not at all helpful or kind after hours. She also became extremely rude and even less attentive after I sought out a second opinion in case surgery becomes necessary. She has been cold, unprofessional and unkind since I did this, as if I disrespected her by seeing another physician. Lastly, she does not provide the same quality of care to the elderly which I sadly am also dealing with firsthand. Another patient of hers who is 84 is pretty much written off and not taken seriously during office visits. It’s as if Dr. Nichols does not believe the elderly deserve the same quality of care since they lived a longer life. I am now desperately searching for a new cardiologist who is professional and cares about all of his or her patients.
