Dissapointment and feelings of abandonment John C
Dr.Sosner was my pain management doctors up until October 2022, at which I was falsely accused of a crime. Upon my return to society..I reached out to him to resume my care..He refused to not accept me back as a patient. Which lacked empathy and care and concern. He didnt even give me an opportunity to hear from him as to why not I'm suffering due to his indifference. Based on his attitude and behavior. I would say that his disposition towards me is not becoming of a doctor that took an oath to improve the lives of his patients. He has made my life miserable due to his actions.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sossner since 2018. He is a very proficient practitioner, caring, and considerate. During the pandemic I've had monthly phone visit Sometimes they are later than the scheduled time. No complaints, as I'm extremely grateful for this service. Without Dr. Sossner, I would be severely limited in mobility. His staff are also, caring, considerate, and kind, especially Carol.

Hopeful at first
Despite an hour long wait to see Dr.Sosner the first time, I really appreciated his focus and interest in helping me with a back pain He ordered 5 tests be done and when I called his office a week later to find out what the tests showed they made an appointment with me for the following week at specific time...( like a televisit but just a phone call) to discuss with him. The phone call came 1 hr45 min later than scheduled. Had I known he was so loose with the timings of these calls I would have been fine, but I was expecting it and not doing other things or using my phone for other things I needed to do. I contacted his office several times to check that he would be calling and was always told yes any minute. So when he finally called I started to ask why the delay. He immediately began yelling at me like how dare I ask. Plus he didn't have 3 of the 5 tests results. Why did they make the appointment to talk without all the results. He yelled at me again. It was a horrible experience.

Dr. Sosner has a nasty attitude. When conducting telehealth appointments, he has a tendency to yell at patients. He never remembers who you are and is always at least 2 hours late to scheduled appointments. He seems very knowledgeable but is lacking bedside manner. In addition, the office staff seems miserable.
