Dr. Julian Rowe, MD

Don't go there, if U don't want to be exasperated over insurance, billing problems. Office refuses to call ins, saying they hired a billing co. Ins. says the office billed incorrectly. Said they are not in the business of calling the insurance, which I have, dozens of times. Inexcusable. So who is responsible to get this done? For this reason alone, I will never go back to see him. His office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Just horrible. Who is responsible for having the provider paid: The doctor's office, or the patient?

Dr. Rowe had a dog in the room, I don't know if this happens at his new location. He ordered a lab test and something was done incorrectly because it got lost so I never got results. His pelvic examination was uncomfortable. I would not recommend him as a gynecologist.

Dr. Rowe is an amazing physician. I have seen him for health and cosmetic appointments. He is gifted and experienced in all cosmetic procedures and extremely good at not over doing a cosmetic procedure. Highly recommend for lasers, injectables and weight loss.

His total neglect of me all day at the hospital, resulted in an emergency c-section. Stay away from him at all costs.

My concerns were not acknowledged. He behaved very oddly during the exam and made me feel very uncomfortable not only with his bedside manner but also with his inappropriate comments.

Dr. Rowe is not my personal ob/gyn doctor, but on two occasions I had to call after hours for an emergency and unfortunately he was the doctor on call for both. The first time he never called and the second he did not follow through with my lab orders. I have considered changing my care with my current OB doctor and expressed concern with their office manager about the chance of him being on call upon my delivery. He seems more interested in injecting women with botox and he is not even a PS!!

If you like being in a crowded waiting room all day surrounded by rude staff and rude doctors I suggest you go here! Front desk staff is rude, medical staff can't hold employees everyone is always different and the good ones leaves because they are smart & Dr Rowe and Dr Lui like to argue about their personal life in the hall ways. Once in the exam room wait a few more hours to only see Dr Rowe for 5 minutes then they bill you for every $$ they can! Don't go to this office!!!!!

Long wait time, doesn't seem to care at all about his patients, doesn't follow thought after numerous request for prenatal vitamins and from insurance company for additional information and the staff here changes every 5 days. I have been there for years and have maybe seen 2 people there more than one visit.They are all under trained and most of them are rude.
