An absolute heartless cow. Insisted my Wheelchair bound 80 year old Mother to climb up on the exam table. They had a bed that would have been much easier. Oh no let's watch this woman struggle. Left a message on my dying Mother's phone that the treatment option wasn't going to work. A MESSAGE? Didn't call me. Mom died that night.
