My history with her as a patient extended for almost three years. There are too many particulars to describe, but she is the worst doctor I have ever had. I was diagnosed with Cushing's and sought her out because I was told she was the leading expert in the Philadelphia area. She allowed me to languish for two and a half years on a newly experimental drug without providing me with the option that saved my life, which I found at one of the nation's leading hospitals. She discharged my pleas for help that I was not getting any better with a "wait and see I know what I am doing and what is best" attitude. She is condescending, pedantic, and kept me waiting hours past my appointment times. At my visits, I would see, and be interviewed, by her fellow. She would pop in for five minutes at the end always looking at her watch as if she had a train to catch. I thank God I left her care or I would not be alive today. Buyer beware! Under that hushed, saccharine , whisper is a doctor who needs retraining as both a doctor and a human being.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kharkip for seven years. She is kind, empathetic, and always explains every stage of your diagnosis. She may have cut back on seeing new patients, so I feel fortunate that I am an established patient.

It is impossible to get an appointment at this practice . As a physician myself, you would think you would get a professional courtesy. The office claims you can not get appointment unless you already have a diagnosis that Dr. Kharlip treats. If I had a definitive diagnosis I would not want to see this doctor. Makes no sense I will look for another specialist
