From the moment I got greeted at the check in desk to the very end, I had a wonderful experience. The Dr is kind and knowledgeable, the staff is warm and caring, and the office is newer and looks good. I always recommend Dr to everyone because she's wonderful!

Horrible experience. Money hungry office. I had an appointment scheduled in advance several weeks before and I show up and they refused to see me even though I had my co-pay and my insurance card they wanted to take a $200 deposit from me. The office manager told me she can reschedule my appointment or I should call my husband which I don’t have to provide the money. It is unfortunate that doctors are that money, hungry that they can’t even see a patient who has insurance and is willing to pay the co-pay if they don’t pay a deposit or leave a credit card on file. What has healthcare come to. I highly discourage anyone to support this type of healthcare and this practice.

Very nice doctor and staff, saw me on time both visits, and clean office. I'm very happy with my visits to this office and plan to return.

Dr. Katsnelson and her staff have been very compassionate, detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient explaining everything to me. Her office is very organized and prompt with their appointments and follow ups. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED her !!! One of the best doctors I've ever been to. If it was possible, I would give her 10 stars !!!

Dr. Katsnelson has no respect for her patients which is evidenced by being hours late for appointments and lying directly to a patients face. All staff there should not be in client facing positions. Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

Highly recommend requesting pricing details prior to scheduling a consultation. I had met with Dr. Katsnelson for a consultation (no services were performed) and the appointment lasted approximately 5 minutes. I left the office and was told there was no co-pay for todays visit and that I would not be charged unless I moved forward with the recommended minor procedure. It has now been a few months and I received a bill with charges for over $200. Honestly, more than anything I feel they were dishonest and misleading. I’ll chalk it up as a lesson learned, but hope others do not make the same mistake. I’d suggest going elsewhere. *Note, interesting enough my review keeps getting removed. I suspect any review that is less than 4 stars is getting removed. Clearly, lacking integrity and ethical business practices.
