Dr. Bregand and her in office staff are great. Getting an appointment however was a nightmare. I had to call the call center six times and got the run around each time. The call center employees have terible customer service, are rude and try to get you off the phone as soon as possible. It wasn't until I messaged Dr. Bregand directly that I was able to get assistance and someone from the office called me right away.

Labor and delivery unit needs a complete upgrade and more rooms. Less students and more educated and carting staff. Doctors should need to make their deliveries of babies and not a random doctor.
