I am so grateful to have found Dr. Mian! She truly cares and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. She provides options for care and makes sure that I am on board and understand what the plan is before moving forward. I recently moved to Louisville, and have been trying to find a PCP for a while now, and I came across Dr. Mian and am so thankful for her. She takes her time to explain things, and answer my questions. I have never felt like i'm being rushed with her because I have so many things on my mind! One of my favorite things she does is when she asks me what my thoughts are for the upcoming plan for my health instead of just telling me what to do and sending me home. it definitely shows that she cares about the people she treats! Office staff are just as friendly, and Ashonta, her MA, has always been kind to me. Thank you Dr. Mian and staff for being so welcoming.

Dr. Mian is the best primary care physician I’ve had. At my first visit she sat with me for over 40 minutes so I could explain my worries despite the fact it was cutting into her lunch hour. She really listened to what I had to say, gave thoughtful feedback, and made sure I felt comfortable. It’s the most “heard” I’ve felt at a doctor’s office before. The office staff was also kind and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. I can’t thank her enough for the genuine care I feel from being her patient. If you have the chance to see her, do it.

She never returned a phone call. Office staff were terribly rude and disrespecarful. Just a number on their list. Used me to get labs and a paycheck but didn’t care about my health. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere FAST!

Dr Mian is a wonderful physician. However, the office staff and response to calls is HORRIFIC. To date, I've been waiting 10 days for a 24-hour call back. AND, 48 hours for a call back is beyond ridiculous!
