Dr. Yates listens carefully and never makes me feel rushed. She always has a good plan for moving forward with my care. She celebrates good results with me, i.e. Lower A1C.

Dr Yates Is the best. I would check excellent If you had a spot to check. My husband and I have had Dr Yates for years and depend on her to always have the right answers to keep us going. She Is just plain super and a great personality to handle us older ones.

I always recommend Dr Yates to friends or anyone who asks me if I know a good Dr (finding an intelligent Dr who cares and actually listens is extremely difficult). Dr Yates never rushes me, listens to what I say, listens to my concerns, includes me in decisions and explains everything to me in simple terms. You need more Dr Yates on Staff!!

I like dr Yates so much I continue to see her as my primary provider even though I moved and now live about 45 minutes away from her practice. She is knowledgeable, she listens and addresses my concerns or questions.
