Not friendly at all
I've been suffering with PN - Prurigo Nodularis (it's a horrible skin condition) and am very sensitive about it as I've had no luck with ANY kind of treatment; this has been going on for several years and she could see how upset I was about it. If she didn't know anything about i I wish she would've just said so. It's basically 'stop picking and it's in your head'! I was rushed and it was just awful! No bedside manner!!!

I was referred to Dr. Hu and went to my appointment. It was very rushed, she wasn’t friendly, and she didn’t really seem to care about what I had to say. It would be very helpful and convenient if she had her employees tell new patients that they shouldn’t come in unless they have a physical rash/condition she can physically see or it will just be a waste of time. In my case it was a waste of copay unfortunately it’s not cheap for some of us.

In my opinion, this is a very cold physician. I think she made the pain worse, necessitating a visit to another doctor. As I recall, there were lots of openings on her schedule. What does that tell you? I note that of the 10 reviews presently on this site, fully half are 1*, the lowest rating. Do you believe the 5* reviews or the 1* reviews??? Consider these comments a public service.

I went to Dr. Hu for a full body cancer screening as well as to look at a suspicious patch of skin. She was friendly, professional, respectful, thorough and gentle. I felt she took my concerns seriously and listened attentively to my many questions. Dr. Hu took a completely painless biopsy of the suspicious patch. The nurse who was assisting Dr. Hu also was very friendly and professional. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to Dr. Hu in the future!

Dr Hu misdiagnosed me. I've had a a mark on the right side of my face. She told me it was nothing. Fortunately, I went for a second opinion. The spot was cancerous. Honestly I couldn't recommend her.

I saw Dr. Hu yesterday for the first time and she is very friendly, good sense of humor, took me serious and I feel I'm finally getting the care I need after being blown off by other doctors. Her staff and the reception are all very friendly as well. I felt at ease and am confident I made the right choice! Also very pleased with the wait time and time spent with me, very clean offices also. Thank you Dr. Hu

Saw her for skin cancer check up. Have been to this practice many times. Felt very disrespected regarding privacy and the know how to conduct an exam discreetly. She paid no attention to how to conduct an exam where you examine a section of the body, leaving the rest of the body covered. I felt like a slab of meat on the table. Even the nurse in the room had little understanding of discretion. It was a pretty awful experience.
