Had my first visit with Dr Smith 11/18/22. Suffice it to say I’m no stranger to Orthopedic Drs, having been diagnosed with a hypoplastic deformity/leg length discrepancy at 6 weeks of age. At 69, some impacts are now rearing their ugly heads. Dr Smith - and her staff - were beyond compassionate and thorough. Dr Smith took a lot of time gathering history, ordering additional x-rays to support the plan she suggested for me moving forward. I highly recommend.

Dr Smith went well out of her way to help me find the right type of doctor for my condition. She was patient and explained things very clearly. She called other doctors for advice while in the room with me. She said she would call me with a resolution that day and finally called me back at 7 pm. I have never had a doctor take the time and put forth so much effort for me.

Dr. Smith changed my life - for the better. After decades of foot pain 24/7 she immediately figured out I needed a rarely prescribed specialty orthotic. Now my feet are like my elbows - I'm not even conscious of having them. Over the previous forty years I saw many orthopedists who prescribed expensive custom orthotics that did nothing for me. My quality of life is so different, so much better.

Absolutely the best. Kind & caring. Asks questions and bases her treatment on your individual and family needs. She makes you feel as if you are her only patient. Never rushes you. The staff is warm and friendly, quick to tease each other. Altogether made a devastating injury much easier knowing we were in such good hands.

Dr Smith is very thorough, answers all questions, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've had. I have Avascular necrosis in my ankle. She knew that my ankle would probably not heal, and did not want to put me through that painful surgery. I've had that surgery and believe me it's painful. Thank you Dr Smith.

Dr. Smith has operated on both of my feet. She and her staff go above and beyond for every patient. Immediately after surgery, I had an emergency and they got me right in to make sure everything was okay. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She is the best.

After waiting an hour at my appointment, she was very rushed and didn't want to answer my questions or simply explain an upcoming surgery. Like I was wasting her time. She then proceeded to cancel my surgery because apparently a patient asking questions is unreasonable. I had already taken time off work for the procedure and had planned it for months. So MY time was wasted. I left the office in tears. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor, and I am in the medical profession.

She waited until my foot completely collapsed to give me a diagnoses of Charcot Foot. Simple off loading of my foot before it collapsed could of saved me from a lifetime of disfigurement and pain. Speaking of pain I have been complaining of intense pain in my foot for 10 months, and all I have been told is " Oh it shouldn't hurt "
