I've been a patient for some 20 years. Best dermatologist I've had. She has an excellent staff and all take good care of me.

Dr. Knox is the best! I've been seeing her for treatment of multiple skin cancers. She has helped me to avoid some serious problems.t. She explains everything really well, and referred me to someone else for a specialty surgery so that it didn't leave a scar (always a good idea when it's on your face!) She's nearly always on time, which I appreciate since I'm working and need to know when my appointment will be over and I can get back to work. She's also very cheerful and positive.

I had a mole that had changed over the course of about 1-2 years and had even changed within the two month wait I had after my GP referred me to the dermatologist. During my interactions with Dr. Knox, I felt she was was dismissive, made me feel as if I did not matter, and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to her. If I have another skin concern I will be looking for a different dermatologist even if that means I have to travel two hours away. I did not have a "great patient experience."

I've been Dr. Knox's patient for over 10 years, having been treated for multiple skin cancers. She is the best specialist I've ever seen - a great listener, terrific at diagnosing what is skin cancer (and what isn't), and she runs her office like a well oiled machine. I rarely wait more than five minutes beyond my appointment time.
