Dr. Judith Kinzy, MD

My Sister goes to Dr. Kinzy. She has many problems for which no answers have been found, after years of seeing her. Serious heart and lung problems are hereditary in our Family, but Dr Kinzy will not refer my Sis to a Cardiologist, even after spending five days in UT Med Center, on emergency. The main Dr she had there wanted Dr. Kinzy to set Sis up with one right away, but she said she “could handle it.” My Sis has edema so badly she can hardly function, and I’m very concerned. So since someone said Dr. Kinzy won’t give up til she finds the problem, I wondered how long ago she had her as a doctor. She hasn’t helped my Sis in the last 8 years, so what can she do ? Not a “caring Dr.” In my opinion, and my Sister’s insurance won’t allow her to switch.

I scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr Kinzey (Faculty Internal Medicine) about three months out. It was a long time between scheduling and the appointment because they are very busy. I had covid, was bed ridden and not thinking about the appointment when the time came. I was also not sent a reminder by them. When I realized I had missed it I called to reschedule. The lady who schedules appointments told me in a very abrupt manner that I had cost them revenue by not turning up to the appointment and they would not be able to schedule me for another appointment ever again. In a way I am glad I missed the appointment because now I will never have to deal with this rude and uncaring customer service again.

Dr. Kinzy is an amazing doctor. She's understanding, she takes her time with her patients. I've never felt rushed, or like she was in a hurry. I know she genuinely cares about her patients, and that means a lot.

I saw doctor Kinzey NP Mary Jo Bliss she was great!! She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. Also, the front check in were great they greeted me with a smile.

Dr Kinzy is very professional and she want stop till she knows exactly what's wrong with you, she cares for all her patients and takes great care of them. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a doctor.

She is competent caring and professional.
