Dr. Judi Wong, DO

In my 62 years I never visited with a Dr so careless and offensive plainly rude. I will stay away from here in the future. Read all the reviews there is a reason she is only rated in her 3's

The best thing is that he speaks Spanish, he answers my questions or concerns by email, not immediately but if the next day or two days later, it depends on whether I say it's urgent or not. Take care of every detail. It takes its time. If I want a long appointment, I know that I shouldn't make a 15-minute appointment but a 1-hour one, since it's Sutter's policy, not hers. She's an excellent doctor, kind and caring.

Dr. Wong is one of the most personable, patient, kind and caring doctors that are left in this HMO craziness. I am part of a medically difficult family, and she manages it all with ease. She's responsive to every email will call with results and a PLAN after results (!) when necessary. She Can talk to me about my history - and my children without notes - meaning she remembers WHO WE ARE and cares about how we are doing. She takes her time - never rushes anyone out the door until all the issues have been discussed. Has a good knowledge of specialists for referrals and is known by those specialists as a competent, helpful TEAM member - working in concert with you (the patient) for your success. More people would feel better about their relationship with their doctor if they were lucky enough to have Dr. Judi Wong in their life!

Dr. Wong is petty & arrogant, won’t see me if I was just a few min. late, turned me away again and again for that reason. Yet, didn’t respond to email through MyChart. The few appointments I managed to snatch, she was rushed and her treatments were the opposite compared to all my previous experience, which led to a number of health problems for me. She wanted me to have a comprehensive blood panel but didn’t follow up on any red flags from it, busy turning me away from appointments & refusing to help me with anything unless I made an appointment. She started me on new prescriptions for diabetes but wouldn’t process the prior authorization paperwork for a month until I saw someone else about it. I blame her for a 13.4 A1C, a month long uti that led to further complications - all in being her patient for less than 3 months.

Got an appointment in a timely manner. Good staff, great Doc. Highly recommend!

Dr. Judi Wong is an exceptionally caring physician. I moved to CA from NY and I can say that she’s the best physician that I’ve had in my lifetime. Dr. Wong has outstanding communication skills. In addition I really like the Sutter mobile App that facilitates communication and organizes all of your medical information. I honestly will never go to anyone other than Dr. Judi Wong. Dr. Wong has provided me with sound medical advice and excellent outcomes.

Could not recognise the disease therefore did not prescribe any treatment. I ended up in the emergency room with severe complications requiring intensive treatment. Again and again would tell you that she couldn't see any problems and tell you to make additional appointments to bill your insurance for nothing.
