Steer clear
Made me get a measles shot right after giving birth. I ended up getting the measles 2 weeks later. When I went into the office to confirm that what I had, she yelled at me and made me feel like an idiot. That was the last time I saw her. I changed doctors immediately. She didn't even deliver my child. She was late for the delivery.

JUANITA VALVERDE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS
I scheduled an appointment for referrals regarding a fall I had. Dr told me she didn't care to hear about my fall. Charged my insurance for services but refused to tell me what services she charged my ins. She refused to give me referrals on my original visit and now is asking I make another appointment to give me referrals just so she can charge my insurance again. She doesn't care about patients; she only cares about charging the insurance and getting paid.

I could not agree more with the other person's comments below. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Sat down for 30 seconds with me and didn't listen to a word I had to say. She made me feel like I was doing something seriously bad by coming to the doctor. Worst experience I have EVER had with a doctor. Something needs to be done to train this lady.

Dr. Valverde is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She didn't listen to my concerns about my health and instead gave me advice that I was either already doing and was detrimental to me.
