All I can say is anyone who sees Dr Rivera I wish you luck

I went to see Dr Rivera and I am not quite happy with his knowledge, very poor knowledge, lack of respect to customers abilities to suggest a better treatment. I had a fracture toe and still feel pain even after 4 months. Pain seems to be chronic, and the Doctor does not know about plasma shots. Doctors in this country are a shame! the whole healthcare system is broken.

...inside my shoes, then questioned why I did not accept the brace. His suggestion was that I should replace my shoes with wider fitting shoes. To make matters worse, prior to the crafting of the brace, I asked if the brace would fit inside my current shoes, to which I received an affirmative response.

Everyone was kind and courteous. I was seen on a last minute basis as I was having a lot of pain and leaving on a trip. Dr Rivera is awesome! He explained everything about my issue and was so kind!

Take the necessary time with each patient. Very friendly himself and all the staff that works with him.

Dr. Rivera provide excellent service and care.

I have seen Dr Rivera 3 times and the treatment he prescribed has taken care of the problem i was having. He is straightforward, explains the diagnosis and treatment, and takes care of his patients quickly. i would definitely return to him for future problems, and would recommend him to my friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rivera for I can’t even remember how many years. He is the smartest, nicest doctor and it is a pleasure to see him. He always listens intently to the reason I’m there; he is a great diagnostician and always explains his diagnosis. Then his treatment is swift ( in my case) and he is amazing at giving pain free and gentle cortisone shots when needed to have me leaving his office pain free within an hour or so. Many Years ago he did hammer toe surgery on both of my baby toes and the surgeries went well and cured my problem. He did bunion surgery on my daughter ( also many years ago) without incident. He is accessible and will speak to you if you call with important questions, when many doctors are not as assessable. He’s the besr podiatrist and I trust him and his work.

The staff is very professional and efficient. Dr. Rivera put my teenager at ease during his visit, ingrown toe nail surgery and recovery. Dr. Rivera was thorough, professional and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend.

I had been going to a different podiatrist for 4 months before going to Dr. Rivera in his South Tampa office on April 7, 2021. He took his time to listen about problems in both my feet. After wearing the arch supports and doing a couple other things he suggested for only 2 days, I am feeling the best I have felt in over 4 months. When I called the next day to ask what kind of ankle brace he would recommend, the office staff took my question down to pass on to him. Would you believe he called me on Sunday saying he wanted to talk to me about my questions? I only received the message, but called his office Monday morning and he personally came to the phone to answer me. I have been to many doctors and this doesn't happen very often. He is a kind, patient man and cares about helping each patient, even if he has to work on Sunday!

Dr. Rivera is an EXCELLENT Physician and Surgeon. His compassion for his patients is outstanding. Personality and Professionalism PLUS.

Dr Rivera did my ankle surgery and I have minimal scarring . He is very informative and caring . He explained my procedure and his staff was very friendly . Jen the office manager is awesome .

Yesterday I wrote a review regarding his office........to continue..........after they cancelled my appointment I had waited 6 weeks for, I then get an automated message reminding me of my appointment today. I had to call them back to make sure they did not charge my insurance for an appointment they cancelled. Today, 4 hours before my now cancelled appointment, they call to cancel my appointment. This is such a poorly run office with a staff that seems not to know what they are doing. Is the doctor aware of what is going on??? I wonder.
