Terrible!!!!!!
Extremely disappointed with the urology clinic's lack of professionalism. Despite reassuring us of negative biopsy results in October 2023, no copies were provided to patient. Later admitted to a grave mistake in January 2024, revealing a positive result without explanation. The delivery of the news was rushed and devoid of any compassion. Furthermore, they failed to notify the primary doctor or send immediately further exams. Very distressing and unacceptable experience.'

Dr. Premoli is not just an excellent doctor, but he is a true professional and gentleman. He cares about his patients and does not treat them as a mere number like many doctors often do. I was very nervous about my appointment having never seen a urologist before, but still knowing what to expect and frankly, he allayed my fears and got me through the appointment. He explained the diagnosis and the treatment protocol and I could not have been more pleased with the visit overall. I can without any hesitation, recommend Dr. Juan Premoli!

Dr. Premoli is ok but don't go to his Hialeah office at Palmetto Hospital. It's a patient mil. They schedule patients every ten minutes. Your wait is sure to be more than two hours past your appointment time. That's not the way to treat people.

Dr. Premoli single handedly ruined my husband's life when he botched up a simple kidney stone lithotripsy surgery leaving my husband with permeant nerve damage. Now he cant even go to the park a throw a ball with he's kids. Don't believe him when he says their are minimal risk. Ask him if he has ever caused a hematoma when he didn't take the advice of Dr. Harvey Samowitz. His senior partner. They probably kicked him out of there office by now. BEWARE.

Dr. Premoli is my daughter's surgeon who performed a Kidney stones surgery on my daughter in 4/2013, great doctor and a good human being with a profound knowledge on his carrier. Our respects for him and his career.
