he is knowlegdeable but he has no patience and not a good communicator

When you have serious health issues, he won’t believe you, will not follow up on tests , he is arrogant, condescending and his lack of care is evident.

He told me that if I didn’t like how he does things to go elsewhere

This is the laziest doctor I've ever been to see. All he wants to do is give you meds. Doesn't listen to patients. My wife was telling her concerns with family history. He said he could check for it with simple blood work then told us to come back in three months. It's blood work just order it. Why come back in three months - to get more money from insurance that's why. We will not be going back three months. Found another doctor and he took blood right there.

He’s a really nice guy-blunt and to the point....but that’s what I want -someone who is honest . He is a fair and just doctor and knows what he is doing .I have been Visiting his office for almost a year after making a change from my past doctor and my health has improved.

Stay away from him! He cost me 6months of pre-operation testing which will require another 6 months pre-op testing due to the delay because he must have been feeling wiser than Baptist East Hospital that did all my testing and the surgeons evaluation in Indiana. They all thought everything was fine for a neck op.....with the exception of Dr. Martinez.(The time window was down to 48 hours before surgical cancelation was required). Despite this understanding, Dr. Martinez felt no remorse at putting the brakes on that train with a perceived need to look into some questions. "I got no EKG to look at (when in fact everyone else on the team did-maybe he didn't know what he was looking at?)..and...I want to try a different med to even out some of your Atrial Flutter"(which was stable...and changing heart rhythms when a situation does not warrant it is very risky...no rocket science there) In sum: missed the operation/Pre-ops $$/his med was incorrect/now I am depressed. Dr.M good for S & Grins

Dr. Martinez is a very knowledgeable professional and has done a few procedures for me in the office. I would definitely recommend him!

after seeing him 1 time because my regular doctor was on vacation, dr. martinez assumed he knew all about me and made assumptions about my behavior based on my demographic. he was rude and uncompromising and acted like a know-it-all. if i can help it, i never want to see him for anything else again.

No nonsense doctor. He doesn't beat around the bush and is not afraid to make a decision. He has helped a lot.

Dr. Martinez failed to adequately explain the results of the breathing test I was given. But don't ask too many questions because the longer you stay in his office, the higher your bill. Being self-pay, I assumed my bill was paid in full when I left the office but was sent an additional bill after a month. I would never return to this medical group!!

My diabetes was out of control so I decided to see Dr. Martinez after a friend recommended him. I couldn’t be more pleased. After three months of therapy my diabetes is doing better than ever! I’m thankful for the advice I got from him.

Dr. Martinez has always been very thorough and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to my issues. I would recommend this doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Martinez for over a year. I have a condition that flares up frequently and I need easy access to my doctor and he provides just that!

Absolutely hands down, the most ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL Dr, I've encountered! DR. Martinez knows more than anyone and has NO need to actually LISTEN to his patients. He is a detriment to medicine!
