I really don't know how this man is praticing medicine?! He was my attending doctor and after reading the reviews plus him not giving me any medication, I requested another doctor. This man came and stood at the door for ten seconds asking me about wanting another doctor then left. I literally sat in pain afterwards for five hours then he discharged me. What a terrible poor excuse for a doctor!

I have a feeling that Justice will be done one of these days sooner than later because when you treat people the way he treats people like animals you get the same treatment back and karma is a fact!

My mom was under his care for 7 days at palmetto general Hospital I asked him to please insert a g-tube in her nose so that she could be giving some Ensure since she was not able to drink any liquids and swallow liquids or any solid foods or mashed or ground up foods well they left her 6 days in the hospital without any IV fluids or any nutrition through the nose he did not insert the tube into her nose and my mother was without any fluids or any food at all for six days and she eventually died.

My grandmother nearly died after he discharged from the hospital to the home with a severe case of pneumonia and no antibiotics. When I called Dr. Del Rio to inquire as to why she was discharged to the home instead of a rehab center, he stated "I don't care where the patient goes that's up to the family," and hung up on me.We called an ambulance within 24 hours of her being home and she was taken to the ICU and put on a ventilator.

This is the most horrible and disgusting Dr. I ever experienced. He has no manners. He does not listen. He does not even look at the patient while he talks.
