So disappointed in this dr’s office. They clearly don’t communicate with each other.. I’ve been calling for days to see if any one had canceled so I can follow up on an urgent care visit, I finally get one and they immediately cancel it and rebook without even asking for a later date than my original dr’s visit. I called explaining why I needed a sooner app and again, 0 help, then I ask to just cancel all my app and that’s when she “finally decides to find an app” all to answer the phone and say there’s nothing for this week, I knew that from the get go, I wasn’t asking for this week just something sooner than a month for now. But then yall cancel anyway. So what’s the point? I’ll def be taking my business elsewhere. As for the Dr, he’s not good or bad. I had to call him out once for really not talking during my visit but since then, he finally spent time explaining things to me. I get we’re a money grab but remember we’re still humans.

This doctor is unprofessional, makes you wait more than two hours and never gives you an accurate diagnosis

Dr Arteaga is very caring and whenever I went to see him he always checked me from head to toes, asking me questions about my health , if I have all my meds , if I need him to send them to the pharmacy. To me he’s one of the best primary doctor I’ve had because he’s always very concerned about my health.the only problem it is very hard to schedule an appointment because they don’t answer the phone.

They are uncaring, Very unfriendly and never call in scripts unless you call them every day for 3 or more weeks and still dont unless you get very lucky, The worst I have seen in 60 years by far.

He sucks as a"doctor". Refuses to talk to patients. Has front office relay information. Will not give any reason.

Dr Arteaga is one of the worst doctors ever. I had a flu. Right away he gave me antibiotics, then his nurse did a swab test on my nose to verify if I had the flu, while the doctor was gone for 1/2 hour. Prior I waited 1/2 hour in the waiting room and then another 1/2 hour in the patients room. He was with me maximum of 2'. I told him I had the symptoms for a week already. The swab result came positive so he changed the medication to Tamiflu. Tamiflu has to be taken within 48 hours of symptoms!!

HORRIBLE VISIT. I WAITED 2 HOURS AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO SEE DR ARTEAGA AND EVEN AFTER THAT I WAS NOT SEEN. THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME HE WAS A BIT BEHIND, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! AND AFTER THAT HE SKIPPED ME AND WENT TO SEE ANOTHER PATIENT WHOSE APPOINTMENT WAS AT A LATER TIME. AGAIN, THE OFFICE MANAGER SAID THE TYPICAL "I'M SORRY". SO AFTER ALL THIS TIME, I LEFT THE OFFICE WITHOUT BEING SERVICED. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

great doctor, use my prefer language spanish, help with tips how to prevent and have a good health, friendly staff
