I presented with a lingering cough and wheezing.was seen within 15 minutes of arrival.Dr diagnosed pneumonia and prescribed several medications after chest xray in office.Also provided breathing treatment in office.In 2 days I am feeling better than I have for a month.Wish all doctors were like this.I will continue to go there for all medical needs.

Dr. Avarelo is exceptional. A recent transplant to PGH, I had an awful experience with a different Dr., resulting in debilitating pain to my neck and shoulder (on which I have had multiple surgeries) following an exam and unnecessary manipulation of my old injuries. Dr. Avarelo listened to me, explained options thoroughly, is highly intelligent, was compassionate and was able to promptly relieve my pain, his staff is 5?. I wish he could be my regular care physician. A true blessing in Western PA
