Dr. Tinsley is the Best!
Dr Tinsley was my Psychiatrist for at least the last ten years. Being a drug resistant Bipolar 1 patient I was not an easy case to say the least. I went through several major and long lasting depressive episodes and a couple of manic ones and several medicines. We would find a combination that worked for several years and stopped. Her patience and perseverance literally kept me alive. I would highly recommend Dr. Tinsley to anyone in need of Psychiatric care.

Caring and competent
Telehealth
Dr. Tinsley works very hard to nail down how to address symptoms that are unique to each person. She listens to how you are feeling on each check in and fine tunes medication accordingly. She has helped me deal with symptoms of depression and anxiety, and I have always felt heard and supported.

Dr. Tinsley has been a wonderful doctor in my time of need. She has always been available for answering questions. She has a calm personality which puts you at ease and is very caring. She also has worked well with my other specialists - cardiologist and neurologist - to decide proper medications. I wish her well.

Observant and knowledgable
I found Dr. Tinsley to be very insightful, ( I am a therapist myself...yes, we need help too), observant, and knowledgable, both in her psychodynamic observations and medication alternative suggestions.

Would Not Be My First Choice!
It is her way or no way. A very one sided approach and if you don't buy into her recommendations she becomes a very different doctor. Very closed minded. Much more to say but I really doubt other than making me feel better this will make any bit of difference.
