You can’t get this treatment anywhere else in New Mexico. Her equipment makes the visit that much easier for the patient. I was pleasantly surprised how easy she makes everything seem. She goes over and beyond and provided me with life changing advice and health care.

Dr. Jeffries and her staff were excellent. The extraction went smoothly, and the staff called to follow up the next day. The follow-up was excellent. The service was professional and caring.

And Dr Jeffries was excellent. She and her staff were very thorough, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend her for any extensive dental work.

I was never mad an appointment with Dr. Jeffries as I had been deal for over three week with phone staff and assistant at front service. The staff never gave me a date and time to be seen by Dr. jefferies, I email them after my first phone call a request to fill our forms which I completed they even asked me for my TriCore cart and blood work, don’t know why. I was told on the phone that the assistant would call me back that day or the next day never got that call and this was the third week I had been trying to get into see Dr. Jefferies. I called my Dentist who gave me a referral to please give me another referral which he did I called Rio Grand oral surgery and I got an Apointment that minute, they never told me why they did not want to schedule me. The staff was unprofessional.

Definitely would recommend Dr. Jeffries!!

Dr. Jeffries performed two surgeries on me. She was kind, gentle, and most of all completely competent. From her diverse and friendly staff to her gentle precision. Thank you Dr. I love my inplants.

Dr. Jeffries made my son feel relaxed and took away his fears immediately. She informed us of the procedures professionally in a way we understood. Very impressed with her.

Based on the lack of professionalism from the office staff, I did not attend my consultation. Also, this is the first office I have ever heard of that charges for a consultation for wisdom tooth extraction.

My husband has a lesion on his tongue and was quoted a few different options. Deciding it was best to have all of it taken care of at once we paid the money. After a scan, consultation, and biopsy they told us to come back in 2 weeks for the biopsy results and stitches to be removed. They didn't remove the entire lesion and then said we would have to pay more to have that done. Verbal contracts done right over the phone don't mean squat. When talking about pricing insist on a written estimate.

Dr Jeffries and her staff were kind and informative. Waiting for my daughter while she was in surgery I was able to see several interactions. The front desk staff and assistant treated everyone as if they were the only patient that day. This was the best experience we have ever had within an medical facility. Dr Jeffries is wonderful!

She is so great. Very caring and so kind. I never thought I could feel so comfortable in a surgery scene. I recommend her to everyone. You won't be disappointed
