Dr. Wu accurately diagnosed a skin cancer on my scalp that had previously been dismissed as a less problematic keratosis. She was professional and compassionate in explaining my options in a way that I could understand (I ended up having it surgically removed by her colleague). I've seen her a number of times since and she is always friendly and competent.

Dr Wu, with her nurse keeping notes, was very thorough. She was personable and professional. She explained all the different types of skin characteristics I had and told me any concerns. She measured any areas to keep track of. She checked with a lit instrument and magnified any areas to get a closer examination. Appointment was about 15 minutes long. I did not have any procedures done as none were needed. She recommended an annual check-up.

My 88 year old father and I showed up 12 min late for an apt. because he had to go to the bathroom and they would not see us because we were late. We have seen her 3 times so far but this lack of flexibility means we will not go back.
