very good doctor, knows what she is talking about, very helpful

My 89 year old mother considers Dr. Kim her Godsend. She has treated her with nothing but respect and kindness. She is topnotch and trust her with my mom. Glad she is in New Martinsville where it is hard to keep good doctors.

Has NO compassion for the elderly! Made my grandmother come in just to yell at her and call her a drug addict! A poor old woman who can barely walk who actually needs pain relief was yelled at by Dr. Kim and basically told she's faking it. Dr. Kim never let my grandmother have a word in while she was getting yelled at. Dr. Kim also has a team of goons behind the phones who will lie to you about what's going to be discussed in the appointment. About a year ago, Dr. Kim prescribed medications and antibiotics together in such a combo that it gave my grandmother Steven Johnson syndrome. Dr. Kim is a terrible doctor and SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TREAT ANYBODY AFTER THE WAY SHE TREATED MY GRANDMOTHER. We (the family) are outraged by how this doctor treated my grandmother. Now Dr. Kim won't answer her phone to explain herself to us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this doctor if you care about yourself or your loved ones! I had way more to write about Dr. Kim but can't in 1000 characters.

Worst, most uncaring, arrogant doctor we have ever seen!

Terrible, arrogant doctor who treats patients poorly. Is a disgrace to the profession and to WVU Medicine.

Dr. Kim made my elderly father feel at ease (he's anxious) throughout the whole 'find the Dx' stage. She ordered all the necessary tests & labs in a timely manner. She was able to explain what's going on in a way that he could understand. Her demeanor is straight to the point, but in a caring way.I highly recommend her to those who want to cut the BS out. No nonsense in a compassionate manner. Kudos!
