Dr. Joy was great until my son actually needed her. My son was injured by his 12 month vaccines almost 2 years ago. When I began inquiring about vaccine inserts that by law must be kept in the office which vaccines are administered. Dr. Joy refused to go over them with me, when I asked at the front desk for them I was told they had none, and when I demanded that they let me see them I was told I could not leave with the manufacturers inserts. So I sat on the floor of their waiting room opened them all up and read the pages upon pages of possible adverse reactions. MANY more by the way than are listed on the Vaccine Information Sheets. When I went home and looked into the information I asked to make an appointment to speak with Dr. Joy. I asked about some of the neurotoxic ingredients in vaccines and Dr. Joy said "Look, I am a youth pastor, and I would drink poison and raise my arms to the Lord knowing that it won't hurt me unless it was his will."

Dr Joy has the most amazing staff which is why I have given two stars. The doctor herself is not helpful at all. I took my daughter in for severe back pain and she told her to stop carrying a book bag. I took same daughter in for a repeat case of mrsa and she did absolutely nothing and then got upset with me questioning what I wanted her to do. Be a doctor that’s what I want you to do. I have five kids and she has pushed off everything we have brought them in for. One daughter has asthma and takes an inhaler two times a day. When she gets sick her asthma flares up. Dr joy told me to take her to the asthma specialist. She’s sick she needs a breathing treatment. So frustrating. I’ll drive an hour to see a doctor who cares about the kids and will do something for them.

Dr. Inyang is so great we tried to get her to move to Phoenix with us. She is professional and kind and great with our son. We considered coming back to Michigan for our son's visits just to avoid having to find a different pediatrician. Monica and the rest of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. We will miss them all.
