Very Happy
Always very cheerful, both children adored her. Large age happy made no difference she is very attentive to her patients and families. Would not recommend any pediatrician over Dr. Hall.

Worst pediatrician
Very rude, lazy and seems to not care at all about patient concerns. Laughs at medical conditions. She's the worst pediatrician my son has ever had. Would never recommend.

So rude, condescending, and unprofessional
Telehealth
Just like all the other reviews mentioned, this Dr is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Any concern I bring up, she says things like “which part are you asking about? You’re asking multiple things”. Well yes, it’s possible to have multiple questions.I asked if I should be concerned if my doctor is not gaining weight. She replies “well that’s what the well visits are for, Mom”. That doesn’t answer my question. Why are you in pediatrics? It seems like you hate your job and want to intentionally make your patients upset? Please stay away from this doctor.

Extremely Rude and should not be in Pediatrics
Telehealth
Please do yourself a favor and hope your child never sees this dr even in an emergency. She is the rudest, most incompetent, and condescending PERSON I have encountered. She comes off like a know it all and cuts you off, is extremely condescending to her patients. She should not be in pediatrics, let alone be a doctor with her horrible lack of compassion and bedside manner. Please look elsewhere and if assigned to her do yourself and your children a huge favor and opt out.

Rude
Everything is good until you bring up concerns. Then goodluck not being cut off or having your concerns taken seriously.

Unprofessional and condescending
Fist visit she was very energetic,a little over the top but fun... but as soon as we started raising concerns she became very condescending and rude. Terrible emotional intelligence, common respect and bedside manner. My daughter has Reactive Airways and we asked what we can do to be more proactive so shes not miserably sick for 2 weeks every other month and instead of kindly saying there is not much to do and that's her constitution, she went out of her way to make us feel dumb and intimated to say anything, she would cut us off and proceed to mock us like "we can go ahead and do a CHEST X-RAY, MRI, LABS but it's not going to change anything" ( obviously mockingly since she didnt need those at all nor did we ask for them at any moment). I've never met a doctor like this, I left that appointment in tears due to how angry and disrespected I felt. And i hope more people complain.

Very rude and unprofessional. The first few visits she was cheerful/energetic with our newborn. Once we started raising concerns we had (first time parents) every was immediately dismissed and her response was “oh it’s normal.” (No matter what the issue was) Due to covid we had to have a few phone visits. She was very short, wouldn’t let you finish explaining any concern and would make you feel like your opinion was invalid. For example, my daughter felt with very bad eczema and cradle cap. She told me over and over “use aquaphor.” After that not working and her skin getting worse I tried making a phone appt. I said “I’m calling because her skin issues are getting worse and the suggestions made are not working. I just feel bad for her because it seems like she has been dealing with this forever.” (First time worries mom) She cut me off and said “well it hasn’t been forever she is only 4 months old.” Very rude and unprofessional. No way to comfort a mom who is concerned. Switched drs

This review is based on my last visit to dr. Hall. She's been my daughter's pediatrician for years and then one day (on our final visit) she snapped at me because I asked her to refer me to a specialist, my daughter is obese. She even wouldn't put extra effort in analyzing what could be causing my daughter to rapidly gain weight. I think she took it personally because she's overweight. She outright yelled at me for "telling her what to do" even my daughter was shook. I reported her instantly

I didn't have a good experience with Dr. Hall. I found her pushy with her opinions and not very patient with my special needs child. She likes the wait and see approach to my child's development, which delayed precious early intervention treatment... I switched MDs after I left her office one time in tears, as I felt she didn't listen to my concerns and I felt she didn't care about my feelings/ opinions... I feel the experience may be better if my child wasn't a special needs child.
