They don't return calls. You have to call two and three times before they return your call.

Dr. Garcia is a great doctor, if you can get past his highly incompetent front end staff. I've seen monkeys better organized. His staff will be Dr. Garcia's demise. I've seen MANY reviews complaining about his staff, I'm definitely not going to be the last unless he hires real medical assistants who knows what their doing....good luck!

Dr. Garcia has been my doctor for the past 7-8 years. He always treated me very well. He's got excellent bedside manners. Always looking out for my well being. His staff are also excellent. He's an excellent doctor to have a rapport with.

I feel like every time I have a issue, it’s allergies. That’s what the Doc says. When you have to wait over a hour to see the doctor and he keeps saying the same diagnosis, then he is definitely a quack. The office staff I’d horrible. The doctors wife, Charmaine is the worst office manager around. How many times are you going to bill me for the same visit? The MA, Christina, is horrible. When the pt turned from her, she flipped them off. Yeah, I saw you girl. Rude and unprofessional doctors off.

I was his patient for many years. Had to move out of state and came back and happy to be under his care again. Excellent doctor and the whole staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Garcia is always attentive and listen to what you have to say. The best in Brevard and I recommend him to anybody looking for a good doctor .

Best doctor in Florida in every way. Worth the occasional wait if you want a quality and caring doctor who thinks his patients are more important than most doctors. He takes the time to listen. I am 72 years old and know a good doctor. He is the best.

He is kind and knowledgeable, though very hard to reach and very overbooked. After waiting months for my appointments, on 3 occasions of visiting his office my shortest wait time was an hour and a half, and my longest totaled over 2 hours before I finally walked out unable to wait any longer (after being told there was still 1 ahead of me in line). When I have been sick and wanted to avoid the fees urgent care I called his office, only ever to reach a voicemail with my calls never to be returned

I've known dr Garcia when he was the hospitalist at the hospital I worked in. He is always professional courteous and knowledgeable. Always answers your questions to your understanding. Office staff is phenomenal You can't get a more understanding and caring physician. Only reason I left was I moved out of state

I appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The office staff were great! Dr. Garcia took the time to hear my concerns. He also had a great sense of humor. The new patient paperwork wasn't as bad as I thought. I appreciate how thorough they were.

Me,my wife, and mother-in-law all see Dr. Garcia. He is thorough in his exam. Also offers on-site blood work every morning from 8a-12p. Very convenient.

I went in for an annual physical. Showed up 1/2 hour early and needed every minute to fill out a massive amount of new patient information. At the time of my appointment I was the only one in the waiting room. About 15 minutes later I was lead to an exam room were I sat for an additional 30 minutes. After waiting a total of 45 minutes past my appointment time I just left. My time is as important as his but he doesn't seem to care much for my time.
