Dr. Josshua Schultz, DO

I recently made a trip to the Kokomo ER with my Mother who is 90 and has Alzheimers. She was presenting asymptomatic issues of heart block. Dr. Schultz's steady and comforting analysis of the situation was Very calming and helpful.

Took our 3 year old daughter to ER with head laceration and possible concussion. His bedside manner was great. He monitored her for 2 hours and carefully glued her laceration

Took my 5 yo son to the ER for infected tooth/abscess. The whole side of his face was swollen and he was in extreme pain. Dr Shultz told me it was not bad swelling and to ice it and keep doing acetaminophen/ibuprofen. He sent my son home without any antibiotics, which I knew is what he needed. His facial swelling was so bad, it was red, hot to the touch, and obviously infected. His swelling became worse as the day went on. I later became desperate for him to have help, and his dentist and ped were closed so I took him to Howard Community where the amazing dr immediately noticed the signs of infection and gave him steroids right then and there, along with a prescription for antibiotics. His swelling had gone down within an hour of the steroids. After his first dose of antibiotics at bedtime, this morning he has improved greatly. I believe Dr. Josshua Shultz was very neglectful and I was very disappointed with the service we DIDN’T receive.
