Inadequate care
ICD change out presented multiple hematoma, 2-3 months later, bruising and swelling at surgery site. I made multiple requests to see Dr. Mozes with no success. 7 mos. Later i was finally granted an appt. , Dr. MOZES ASSESSMENT, 'You are not going to get over this, i am passing you to another Electrophysiologist. That took 4 more mos. IN spring 2022.Referred to Johns Hopkins, and I had complete device/wire extraction. I had pocket infection, Corynebacterum and Staphylococcus found. I hope Dr. MOZES will learn to listen and care about the individual patient care needs.

Unprofessional and has tantrums
My mother was told by him she is in afib 30% of the time. She told him she sit at home and feel like she getter ready to die. He said he would see her in a year. My Drs in California have been calling her and helping with orders from California Drs. Ca drs ordered blood test and it shows she has the start of CHF and I told him the Ca Drs would like a echo to what has changed since the last few. He just sat there saying over and over we have a problem. My mom and I didn’t understand and he finally say are you going to get treated in Ca or ID. We told we prefer ID as she lives here and that is Cardiologists which I would question as he still has DONE nothing I think he just like to play DR and thinks he a pretty boy. Just like the title of Dr because drs here CA cannot believe how he has treated my Mother. I would recommend you go and find a REAL doctor who cares about his patients. I work in healthcare and told the California DRS would should bring CA care to ID. Great facility but

Unequipt for POTS patients
I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and Idaho does not have any cardiologists that specialize in it. My appointment with Dr. Mozes was mediocre at best. I learned nothing new about my condition or the current methods of treating symptoms. In fact, Dr. Mozes mentioned that I seemed to know more about POTS than he did. I was instructed to wear a heart rate monitor for 14 days, which made sense. He said I could continue with exercise after the first 24 hours. 3 days later the monitor began to peel off and after speaking to his MA I was told that one is not supposed to do activities that cause sweat. The straw that broke this camels back was when he refused to fill out an ADA form for me to get accommodations to continue working. The reason was that he just diagnoses. I fired him immediately and am awaiting an appointment with St. Al's. I'm sure that with a common and easily treated condition this very mediocre doctor would be fine, but for POTs he is useless.

Did not call or even talk to any member of our family. We didn’t hear any thing about our dad (who has dimension and can’t remember things) for over 48 hours. The whole hospital just gave us the runaround. Communication is nonexistent.

Dear Dr. Mozes ; In 2016 around June 22 you preformed an ablation on me. It went very well and I was released from the hospital the next day. I was 84 years old at that time I am now 89 and feel fine. thank you very very much for your expertise and skill at such an advanced level.

Terrible. Clinic adjacent to St Lukes Meridian. understaffed and over committed. New patients recruited to drive new procedures....existing patients shuffled to the back of the line. Zero doctor or staff communications. Patient must push communications....Doctor and staff will volunteer little info. Doctor Moizes pretty much hustles in and out while patient under sedation. I had some irregular and indications of heart function reduction. But felt fine. Had ICD implant and am living a nightmare of abfib problems. Had a failed cardioversion...lasted 4 days. Now Im desperate for help but ST Lukes cardio clinic is unresponsive. Yesterday I requested help by calling office at 11am. I sent a download as requested....also requested contact with unit nursing staff. 430 pm crickets! I called again and frantically got two nursing staff callbacks. Neither of which were of any help. After all its Friday ...we are done for the week and covid rules! So I am a bitter little man.

I was recently diagnosed with AFIB and referred to Dr Mozes. During my initial consultation he explained in detail what my treatment options were. Before and after my procedure I found him and his staff to be professional and caring.

Dr. Mozes spent all of 10 minutes with me. After my initial appointment, I never saw him again and was called and seen by nurses. After all was said and done, I ended up going to Salt Lake and was finally treated with right medication. They missed a potentially fatal drug interaction so no more St Lukes for anything serious for me.

He yelled at me too during the appointment when I asked a question. He listened to my heart for a total of 5 seconds, then proclaimed that I didn't have atrial fibrillation. Was just horrible - I went in the ladies' room and cried afterwards. Will never go back to see him. Nasty, rude, and incompetent.

I understand that he is highly competent, but his communication skills are awful. He doesn't like to explain things. He yells at the patient. He is impatient and short-tempered.
