He's terrible
I was assigned to Dr. Wu when my previous doctor retired from the practice. He has yet to put a stethoscope on my chest. He is impossible to contact, not available to answer questions and apparently disinterested in my care. After a local hospital admission, he never made rounds or attempted contact with me or my family. He ordered that I be moved to Texsan hospital in San Antonio for a pacemaker 'upgrade'. After consultation with the doctors there this procedure turned out to be ill-advised at best. However, Drs. Schwartz, Garcia, Lozano and Pickett were all attentive, informative and respected my views and concerns. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Dr. Wu but will seek my care through others in the practice.

Dr Wu is a Godsend
I suffered from PVCs for 5 years, an 8% burden that was often in the 20% range. I felt every single one and it was extremely taxing on my quality of life. I had an ablation with Dr Wu last year and have not had a single PVC since. It has been an absolute miracle.

The only thing that matters when you have cardiac ablation for A-Fib is OUTCOME. And the only acceptable outcome is NO MORE A-Fib. Dr. Wu delivers. It's nice that he is personable and very responsive - phone consults, email, etc. he's great. But the fact that he is an ace at cardiac ablation is all you need. He's wonderful. Gave me my life back. Forever grateful. Accept no substitutes!
