I really like Dr. White. In fact, he resolved a long-standing cough issue that I'd had for 30 years! that's not a type - 30 years. He knew exactly what it was when no one did. BUT I wound up recently leaving the practice because of the staff. If you care about needing a good doctor AND a good support staff then this place isn't for you. I had an issue nearly every time I called for an appointment or tried to speak to one of them about insurance or follow-up after the appointment. They are not patient-focused or patient-friendly. I spoke to a couple of patients in the waiting room and got similar feedback - but they were willing to deal with it because they liked the doctor. There are a lot of really good doctors out there so I decided to look around and I'm glad I did. I have a very good doctor with a good staff.

Excellent ENT. Had him fix a deviated septum, remove my uvular and have seen him for GERD. He takes the time to listen; he explains things in detail and all procedures I have had done have been completely successful.

After waiting over an hour for an appointment, Dr, White walked in without even reading my file I completed online or apologizing for the wait. He asked me maybe three questions, looked in my nose and referred me to get lab work and a catscan done elsewhere. He walked out so fast I didn't have time to ask any questions or provide more information. He did not even explain my medical condition.
