Horrible service, wish I could give 0 stars. Was told I need a covid test before coming in. I took a PCR tests. Dr Santiesteban's office called me and told me it was negative and scheduled me for a same day appt. They called me 15 minutes before to tell me they read the results wrong, the test wasnt readable and I cannot be seen. No help, did not help with scheduling another test, and lack credibility after providing me an incorrect result. All around terrible experience with this office.
